Lets have a celebration of freedom, symbolizing an end as well as a beginning. Let every alliance know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and success of UPP.
This much we pledge
We pledge the loyalty of the faithful friends, that united we stand because
UNITED there is little we cannot do in a host or cooperative ventures,
DIVIDED there is little we can do....
Let us never negotiate out of fear
But let us never fear to negotiate

My fellow citizens of Iota, ask not what UPP will do for you, but what together we can do for the world of Iota.
